Please Welcome!

Joe Reed (owner of Train Outta Pain) to our family. He will be leading our new brain/body workout. We all could use a little help in that area.

Joe Reed is a neurological based movement therapist and personal trainer specializing in helping people in chronic pain, post-traumatic brain injuries, balance and coordination issues, as well as neurodiverse individuals. Joe was formerly disabled and in a wheelchair and now helps people live their lives to their fullest potential.

Looking for a number of people young and old on the autism spectrum across the WORLD that would like join our FREE NEUROSCIENCE EXERCISE CLASS. It would be on Zoom, LIVE and SAVED to refer back to.

Please sign up by emailing us at Awesome4autism@gmail.com so we can get you started with a group (under "Re:" write the words “BRAIN EXERCISE”.)

Most exercises require no added equipment, so please let me know if you would like join our once a week class, with daily home workouts if you wish to get an even better benefit from your experience.
